Party Vision is a New England-based event rental company offering a variety of amusements and activities for college, corporate, and private events. They strive to create a unique and memorable experience for each client, creating events tailored to their specific needs. To ensure customer satisfaction and a successful event, Party Vision also has a cancellation policy for their services.
The cancellation policy for Party Vision includes a fee for any services that are cancelled within one week of the event. Customers must provide written or verbal notification of the cancellation on or before the due date or else they will be assessed the fees associated with the event. If the customer cancels within 48 hours of the event, they will be assessed a full fee and will be unable to reschedule their event.
If the event is cancelled more than a week before the Event Date, the customer will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee. The customer must also provide written or verbal notification of the cancellation on or before the due date or else they will be assessed the full fee. In the event of rescheduling, Party Vision will offer the same services with a 10% rescheduling fee added.
In cases of inclement weather or other forces of nature that may prevent the event from taking place, the customer will not be assessed charges. Party Vision must receive notice of the cancellation 48 hours before the event in order for the customer to receive the refund for the initial deposit and pre-paid services.
