Home's return policy is designed to ensure that customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Customers have 30 days from the time of purchase to return any item for a full refund or exchange, with the exception of furniture, gift cards, made-to-measure items, and custom orders. All returns must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging with all components and parts. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For furniture, customers can return their item within 14 days of purchase, provided the furniture has not been assembled or used. To initiate a return, customers must contact Home customer service department. Then Home will provide customers with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping label. Customers should attach the return shipping label to the package and return it using the shipping carrier. Once the item is returned to Home and inspected, the refund will be provided.
Gift cards, made-to-measure items and custom orders are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a customer has received a damaged or defective item, Home will replace it if the customer contacts them within five days after receiving the item.
To ensure a successful return, customers should call the Home customer service department at the time of their purchase to get an RMA. They should also make sure to keep their original packing materials in case they need to return the item. Home strongly encourages customers to inspect their items immediately upon delivery, so that any issues can be resolved quickly and hassle free. Customers should also be aware that any taxes charged will be refunded along with the associated purchase.
