To begin the return process, we kindly ask customers to please contact our customer service team at [email protected] Our customer service team will provide a return form and a return authorization number. This must be attached to the return package.

Furthermore, we ask that all returns be sent back to us with the original packaging and all items in unused, like-new condition within fourteen days of the delivery date. We also ask that our customers ensure proper packaging of the items being returned. This includes properly wrapping and protecting the items in the box with bubble wrap or similar material. Once we receive the package, we will review the items and process the requested return or exchange.

For items that are not eligible for return or exchange, including items purchased through promotional programs, special orders and items with limited return policy, the following conditions are in place. Customers must contact our team for an inspection immediately after delivery. If our team finds that items have been damaged or have not been delivered in a satisfactory condition, we can initiate a customer complaint. Once customers have contacted us, we will investigate the issue and take the appropriate corrective measures.
