SB-R Production's return and refund policy

SB-R Production is dedicated to providing reliable and high-quality products for our customers. We strive to ensure each customer is satisfied with their purchases and will promptly do whatever is necessary to efficiently deal with any and all products that need to be exchanged or returned.

Our return and refund policy is simple and straightforward. If the customer is unsatisfied with their purchase due to a damaged or defective product, they are encouraged to take advantage of our 30-day return policy in which they can return the product and receive a full refund. SB-R Production stands behind our products, and therefore, we will issue a refund for any items that do not meet our quality standards.

Any products purchased through SB-R Production are eligible for a full refund or exchange if they are returned in their original condition within 30 days of when the product was originally purchased. Furthermore, all refunds must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or a store receipt. To begin the return process, customers are asked to contact our customer service department to receive further instructions on how to proceed.

Customers should be aware that any products that were not purchased directly from SB-R Production and purchased from a third-party seller will not be eligible for a full refund from SB-R Production. However, if the product was purchased from a seller that offers a return policy, then the product is eligible for a refund from the seller in accordance with their policy.
