At Access Denied, all of our products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Any product that fails to operate within the first year will be repaired or replaced free of charge, provided that the product was originally purchased from our website.

In addition to this limited warranty, a wide variety of our products may come with a manufacturer’s limited choice of either a ninety-day functional guarantee or an extended two-, three-, or five-year warranty. Our customers can choose which option best fits their needs, taking into consideration shipping time, product type, and total purchase cost.

To make the returns process as transparent and simple as possible, we offer two distinct return policies: 30-day return from the date of purchase and 30-day return from the date of delivery.
