Parmarphoto is proud to offer customers our sound refund and exchange policies. Customers are guaranteed satisfaction with every purchase and we strive to make sure that the customer experience is a positive one.
At Parmarphoto, we understand that sometimes unanticipated issues may arise during the purchase of a product. If an order does not meet the customer’s expectations, we offer a full refund or an exchange for a different product, as long as it is within 30 days of purchase.
If customers are returning or exchanging a product for any reason, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, or we cannot process the request. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged and/or grossly mishandled. We advise customers to inspect their order immediately upon receipt to ensure that all items meet the satisfaction level and to alert us should there be any discrepancies or defects.
When returning or exchanging an item, customers must include the original invoice with their return. If customers do not provide the original invoice, we will not be able to process the refund or exchange. Customers must also include a letter of explanation with any returning item, as well as a prepaid delivery service label so that we can easily return the item once the refund or exchange has been processed.
Any refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used when the order was placed. At this time Parmarphoto does not offer cash refunds or offer store credits. Customers can expect to receive their refund complete within 21 business days after their request has been processed.
