We put our clients first, and we have established some policies to ensure the best experience possible.

Booking: We understand that planning a wedding can be an extremely busy and hectic process, and that’s why we strive to make the booking process as straightforward and painless as possible. We offer flexible payment options and the ability to book our services well in advance of your special day. Deposit fees are required to secure our services and will range from 20-50% of the estimated total.

Cancellation: We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans change. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we allow for cancellations up to 48 hours before your event. Any deposits that were made will be refunded in full, but please keep in mind that we do not give refunds after this time frame.

Communication: Every wedding is unique and that’s why we prefer to have an initial consultation before the event. This allows us to get to know each other better, discuss expectations and ultimately create a plan that is tailored to your specific needs. We also provide frequent updates and communication leading up to the wedding day so that no detail is overlooked.
