Cancellation Policy of Daniel J. Cox–Natural Exposures, Inc.
At Daniel J. Cox–Natural Exposures, Inc., we make every effort to ensure our customers are satisfied with their experience. This includes providing a comprehensive Cancellation Policy to our clients. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure both the customer and our company are treated fairly in the event any hardships should arise.
Our Cancellation Policy allows:
Customers to cancel their trip up until 30 days prior to the start of their trip without any penalties. If a trip is cancelled within 30 days prior to the start of the trip, customers will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the trip.
If a customer needs to cancel their trip due to illness or injury, a medical certificate will be required. In this case, customers will be issued a full refund of their trip costs.
If a customer needs to cancel their trip due to a death in the family, a death certificate will be required. In this case, customers will be issued a full refund of their trip costs.
Natural Exposures Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip due to health and safety reasons. In these cases, customers will be issued a full refund of their trip costs.
In some cases, customers may be able to rebook their canceled trip for another date. If this is a viable option for the customer, their cancellation fee can be applied to their new trip. If a customer needs to cancel their trip in less than 30 days or due to reasons not outlined above, no refund of their trip costs will be issued.
