Policies Regarding Booking With Ruby Shoes Photography

At Ruby Shoes Photography, we are here to provide unique documentation and creative portraiture that capture special moments, both big and small. Whether it’s culinary photography, event photography, portrait photography, or wedding photography, we want to provide the highest quality experience for you. To ensure that, we have some policies and guidelines in place when booking with us.

The first step in booking with Ruby Shoes Photography is to submit an inquiry form to let us know about your photography needs and requests. Once we receive an inquiry, one of our staff members will contact you to discuss further details and answer any questions you may have. We truly work to provide a personal experience for each and every client, so we want to make sure the details and timing of the shoot are just right.

Once all the details are agreed upon, a signed contract and the appropriate deposit are due. The deposit is required to officially secure your booking with us, and will go towards the cost of the photo shoot. Final payment is due on the day of the shoot.

At Ruby Shoes Photography, we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot, and the deposit can be refunded or applied to a future shoot. However, any cancelled shoots made within 48 hours of the booking will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Although our goal is to capture every special moment, there are no re-takes should a client not like the photos. We believe that the retouching process is just as important as taking the actual photo, so we do our best to make sure our clients are satisfied with the stills.
