The cancellation policy of Artistic New England Wedding Photography is designed to ensure that all involved parties are treated fairly and all parties understand the agreement. The cancellation policy strives to minimize disruptions and avoid any unexpected outcomes.

First and foremost, Artistic New England Wedding Photography requires all clients to sign a contract that outlines the expectations and obligations of each party involved. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and financial obligations. The contract also outlines the cancellation procedure which allows for both parties in the agreement to safely and effectively cancel the services of Artistic New England Wedding Photography.

In the event that a client needs to cancel their scheduled session for any reason, Artistic New England Wedding Photography must be notified by sending a written notice to the photographer. The written notice must be made at least seven days prior to the scheduled session. Once the written notice is received, the client will receive a full refund of their payment.

In the case that the client is canceling their session up to 2 days before the scheduled session, they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel their session the day before or on the day of the session, no refund will be provided.

If Artistic New England Wedding Photography needs to cancel the session due to an emergency or inclement weather, every effort will be made to reschedule the session as soon as possible. If this is not possible, the client will receive a full refund of their payment.
