The Priestley's understand that booking a photoshoot is a big investment and want to make sure that every session runs smoothly and all of your needs are met. As such, they have some important policies that you should be aware of before booking a photoshoot.

First, a non-refundable retainer fee is required for all sessions. This fee is due within 7 days of booking your session, and is applied toward the session fee. This retainer helps the Priestley's to cover any costs associated with your session and secures your session date and time.

Second, the Priestley's require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to canceling a session. If this minimum time frame is not met, the full session fee will be applied. After 48 hours, cancellations can be made and the retainer fee will be applied toward a future session.

The Priestley's also ask that you arrive on time for your session to ensure you get the most out of it. If you are more than 15 minutes late, they cannot guarantee the full amount of coverage time and the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Additionally, late arrival could result in a delayed start time, or the session being rescheduled.

Finally, the Priestley's reserve the right to reschedule a session at any time due to weather, illness, or equipment malfunctions. In the event that a session is rescheduled, additional studio time and travel will be included, if applicable.
