Return Policy of Caroline DeSola
At Caroline DeSola, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and we are proud to offer our customers world-class quality and service. The Caroline DeSola Return Policy is designed to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchase.
The Return Policy is applicable to all items purchased from Caroline DeSola, both in-store and online. All returning customers must follow the guidelines outlined in the Return Policy in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
The first step is to contact Caroline DeSola within fifteen (15) days of receipt of an item in order to initiate a return. Our customer service team will be glad to assist and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
If a return meets the eligibility criteria as outlined in the Return Policy, the customer will be issued a full refund or exchange, depending on preference. For eligible returns, Caroline DeSola will process the refund within 7-10 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Merchandise can only be returned if:
• The item is unused and in the original condition • The item is in its original packaging, including the receipt or proof of purchase from Caroline DeSola • The item is not listed as “not returnable” or “final sale” • The item is not a personalized or monogrammed item
Items that are not eligible for a return include:
• Custom ordered items • Gift cards • Any item that has been worn, stained, altered, or otherwise changed from its original condition.
